Is Greetings from Thailand only available for birthdays?No, we can create the videos for any occasion you want such as graduations, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, New Year and other holidays.

Can I make the video say and write whatever I want?If terms violate existing laws or are inappropriate, we will bring this to your attention. You can then adjust it accordingly and try again. There is no right to distribute illegal writings via the video. We reserve the right to change passages after consulting with you.

How long is a video?A video is between 40 and 60 seconds long.

How long does the delivery take?Our orders have a maximum delivery time of 1 to 3 days. Rush orders are prioritized and usually sent to your email address within 1 to 2 days!

How is the video delivered?We will send you the video to the email address of your choice. This can be yourself and then forward it later or it can be sent directly to the lucky recipient.

What is a priority order?In this case, we will prioritize your order above all others and delivery should be completed in 2 days, counting from the next day after receiving the order.

How can I not find the video I ordered anywhere!Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, send us a message with your order number to info@greetingsfromthailand.com. We will help you :-)

Which payment methods can I use?Currently you can pay with: VISA, Master, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna and SOFORT.

Can I change my order details after submitting them?You can send us an email if you have already completed your order. Be sure to include your order number! Please send the mail to the following email address: info@greetingsfromthailand.com Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will be changed as our team may have already implemented the message.

What is our refund policy?We offer customized video shooting. If after placing your order, you find that the shooting has not been completed, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order. If the video shooting has already been completed and you are dissatisfied, you can contact our customer service by email at info@greetingsfromthailand.com . General refunds after product delivery are excluded.

Do we share the footage on social media?Only with your permission. This can be revoked during the ordering process.

Are the people singing and dancing in the videos exploited?No. We also work with the managing director and the employees personally on site. Part of the income always goes directly to the employees. There is also no forced labor. The ladies and gentlemen only work on the videos if they want to. There is a whole pool of people who can do this when it suits them. A good mood is guaranteed on site in any case. This should also be reflected in the videos :-)
